OEM, Subcontractor & Vendor Management

Our team of in-house Project Managers have a vast range of experience and expertise to design and deliver your project with minimum downtime to your Laboratory move project. We have a bespoke solution that we use to capture your data, design individual move methodologies for each asset and track each item throughout its move lifecycle.

Working with vendors such as Thermo Fisher, Agilent and Jeol, our Project Team have delivered successful projects throughout the UK and Europe for a number of clients (for more information, please see our case studies).

Our vendor management approach includes IQ/OQ/PQ management. Johnsons ensures we build partnerships for the long-term, delivering value to your project by working together in a collaborative working environment. Our Project Team will work with your OEM’s to build a move strategy that captures all key data relating to the asset, both pre and post move, and we will design a robust process for safely transporting your assets, through the information shared with the OEM’s and your internal team.

Relocation Management

If you are one of the few companies that have an in-house Project Management Team that can be deployed on your projects, Johnsons Laboratory Logistics can also provide Move Management and Move Co-ordination services to support your team during a Lab Relocation.

Our experienced team will complement your projects team, focusing on the delivery of a pre-defined project plan. Johnsons Laboratory Logistics Move Managers and Coordinators can also be used to undertake detailed Third Party Laboratory Audits, and Asset Identification and Audit Lists.
