Our logistics team capture and control the movement through the use of live tracking techniques and all our services meet GxP requirements, including Good Laboratory Practise (GLP), Good Distribution Practise (GDP) and Good Manufacturing Practise (GMP). Our qualified and experienced team will work with you to design and deliver a move project with GxP compliance at the core of the project plan.
We have a team of expert lab move technicians who understand the complex packing requirements of laboratory equipment; dismantling, including instrument decontamination, removing and parking of moveable mechanical parts. We ensure the proper handling of all hazmat wastes, chemicals and laboratory samples.

We have a large fleet of vehicles that are tracked and have air-ride suspension, ensuring that all of your assets and samples are transferred safety. If you require Power or cold transport, we also have a range of solutions to meet -80, -20 and +4 move requirements.

It is essential that the correct packaging is used to secure equipment and samples during a move project. Johnsons Laboratory Logistics team have the knowledge and experience to identify and apply the correct packaging solutions when transporting your assets. UN approved packaging is selected based on its ability to perform optimally for the full usage (from lifting ease of use to maximising laboratory safety throughout). Our range of packaging is suitable for the transportation of specialist components to complete remote sample collection solutions.

Our team of in-house project managers have a vast range of experience and expertise to design and deliver your project with minimum downtime to your Laboratory move project. We have a bespoke solution that we use to capture your data, design individual move methodologies for each asset and track each item throughout its move lifecycle.

Our project team will work with your OEM’s to build a move strategy that captures all key data relating to the asset both; pre and post move and we will design a robust process for safety transporting your assets, through the information shared with the OEM’s and your internal team.
